I took my eye off the ball! I stupidly did not take the time
out in the mornings to write my blog and guess what… I put on a pound. It is
not like I have not been working hard – ok my diet has been a little less
strict but I have been averaging 1400 calories. Take a look at last week’s
chart…
And here is this week’s so far…
I also have been to the gym every day, and on Sunday rather
than JUST doing my Body Pump class I also did an extra 30 minutes on the
adaptive motion trainer burning in excess of 400 calories (I was a little
pleased with this!!!).
So my weight today has made me a little more than annoyed,
and grumpy!
Unfortunately work is also very busy so the time to write
this is short.. more tomorrow!
